When they put his picture on the court house wall in his black robe, can we request the picture with his numbers in front. What is good for the goose is good for the PANDER!

This is going to be a three ring circus! A CONVICT judge sitting on the bench in his black robe and deciding cases up to $3,500. If I were in front of DUH' JUDGE and he said I owed $3,500, I would ask the court (DUH' JUDGE) "How can he make me pay $3,500 when he stole $28,000 (8 times more than my case). Also, I could ask to be placed on probation (like DUH' JUDGE) and NOT pay the money. Also, I would also like for all this court action to be expunged.I LOVE OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM!

In addition to his previous law altercations... Isn't it a prerequisite to be a judge that you go to law school?

His running for office is a joke and makes a mockery out of the judicial system of Rankin County.

Question: Does anybody know if Mr. Lindsay got to keep the $28,000 that he stole or did he have to repay the county.

A justice court judge requires no formal training. A justice court is a court of the people, and the judge is a people's judge, or a common sense judge. Something that has been lost.

Thing is, with Lindsey, he record may be exponged, and the time ran out on his suspended sentence, but does the promise to NEVER run for public office have an expiration date?

Justice Court Judges are required to follow the same law as County Court Judges and Circuit Court Judges -- there is NOT a lower standard in Justice Court. Even though the Constitution may not require a law degree to be a Justice Court Judge, would you want someone who doesn't know the law deciding if you will go to jail or if you will receive a money judgment against you?

Heard from a reliable source that Lindsey DID NOT have to pay back the $28,000 that he stole.
