Rankin Chamber Gets New Director

The Rankin County Chamber of Commerce has named a new Executive Director.

According to Bridget Hallett, Board Chairman of the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce Mandi Arinder as the new Chamber Executive Director. Arinder has been serving as the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce Special Events Coordinator for the past year.

“An extensive search was conducted over the past 3 months, and we feel that Mandi’s Chamber experience coupled with her hard-work and dedication make her the perfect choice for the Rankin Chamber,” stated Hallett.

Prior to working at the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce, Arinder served as Executive Director of the Forest Area Chamber of Commerce. Arinder was born in Rankin County and moved back to Rankin County two years ago. She and her husband Deckie have two sons, Haze and Haden and reside in Pelahatchie, MS.

“I’m very excited to begin my new role as Executive Director,” stated Arinder. “I have many new ideas and look forward to getting started right away in taking our Chamber to the next level.”
