Item 2. Three years extension to start construction seems to be a bit excessive. Why not three months?

TRN,
What is latest on Harborwalk, aka Fantasy Hotel, developer John Burwell's latest arrest for allegedly renting a houseboat that he didn't own?

Could someone ask about the new Fannin Landing boat launch? Construction started a few months ago but stopped soon after. There remains a dangerous rock pile that neighborhood kids have been seen playing on. Plus, the steel plates coming out of the water is a major eyesore. Thanks.
