What? No mention of the Rankin Ledger article where the Overlay District went behind the backs of the citizens to present it's propposal?

No notice about the Overlay district presented to the PRV?

Are you speaking out both sides of your mouth?

This notice has nothing to do with the OD.

The PRV is the one who publishes it agenda, did you not receive a copy?
Everybody else received theirs. As for the Rankin Ledger reporting you will have to ask them.

I will assure you that no one has gone behind the backs of the citizens or is speaking out of both sides of their mouth on any subject.

What's the mater with you, Mum not speaking to you?

So where is the publishing of what was presented to the board? It is a public forum correct?

Try calling the PRV

When is the OD going to publish this hush-hush presentation of the OD proposal to the PRV?

For the influence obsessed OD'ers:

Here is a great question and a simple one at that; why doesn't the Reservoir Community recycle?

Why is this not an imperative given that it has been a focus of communities for decades?

Could it be that you are focused on the wrong issues? Is it that you want influence over neighbors that you don't approve of because their yards are not kept up to your standards?

Just curious.

Homer has not shown up to discuss anything other than the mandatory "process" meetings held.
