The Grass was cut, thank you!

I live along Hugh Ward. Yes, the grass was recently cut, but never until folks stir up a fuss about it. This time, the grass was waist deep before being cut. The PID needs to be investigated and someone held accountable for all the money we put into it year after year (and it goes up), yet nothing is ever really done. Where is all that money? Wood Brown, please do your job.

I live off Hugh Ward and not in the PID, how do I get the information as how to contact this group?
