Supervisors Fan Club?
Can you shine some light on who the Citizens for Good Government are?

It all started when the Board of Supervisors voted to keep taxes the same and reversed themselves after everyone went home. Angry emails started to fly with people asking what can we do to remove the Supervisors. A small group met to determine our options. Information was gathered by volunteers and shard with the entire group at the second meeting. A plan was developed that followed the state statutes related to the removal of County Supervisors. The Secretary of State’s Office is in the process of approving the final draft of the petition.

Currently we are in the process of informing the public of relevant facts and our plans. We are asking for volunteers to collect petition signatures and recruit businesses to collect petition signatures. In the past week our group has tripled in size. Yesterday we had nearly 600 people visit our website. We are all volunteers and really need people willing to donate their time. There are no other groups directing the decisions of Citizens for Good Government. Since our group is all volunteers the people doing the work will determine when and where we start collecting signatures.

I hope this sheds light on your question. Go to the website:
