Since our own governor and the Rankin County Board of Snakes have declared war on residential taxpayers and leaseholders in the "Rez," why bother.

They fear sunshine.

Who gets the extra money?

won't give another governing authority a dime that does nothing for it's leaseholders. Remember to fire them when you vote including the Gov who could change the fact that the PRV is a non-elected board.

Governor can't change anything.

Only the Legislature.

Fifth grade civics.

You'll give more when PRV increases the cost of leases to make up for the money the Board of Snakes is screeching about.

6th grade civics-- gov gets legislators to push through his pet project and he doesn't veto their pet project. Already giving 10% more to the PRV and will have that increase every five years as long as I live here and so will you.

Beautiful tag. Should be an free option for leaseholders.
10:47 is correct. Lease automatically increases every 5 yrs if you buy /have bought property on leasehold in recent years and if refi or have refi'd mortgage on existing leasehold property
