Rankin Metro Churches Plan fund Raiser for Habitat for Humanity
A team of Rankin County United Methodist Churches is planning a Wild Game Banquet on the evening of Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the Brandon Civic Center.  The dinner will raise $30,000 for Habitat for Humanity, Metro Jackson, to build a home in Rankin County.  This project was started by a coalition of Men's Ministry Groups from St. Mark's, Crossgates, the Pointe and Brandon First.
The legendary, Paul Ott of "Listen to the Eagle" will be the featured speaker.  There will be wild game samples, including deer poppers, deer sausage, duck gumbo, fish and a whole hog served along with a catered barbeque meal.  Exhibitors will be present and door prizes awarded during the dinner.
Tickets are $25 and going fast.  If you are interested in tickets, please contact our St. Mark's representative, Robert Pitts, at $601-720-1520.
