Overlay Map

Below is a copy of the map outlining the Reservoir Community (Overlay) District.  You may have better luck with this link.  You can familiarize yourself with the geographical boundaries of the Overlay District.  Word came in that on Monday, the Board of Supervisors approved the utility inspection portion of the Overlay District, setting the inspection fee at $100.  This will presumably become effective October 1, 2013.  Tomorrow, the PRVWSD is expected to take some action on the inspection fee, perhaps approve their part.

I am a leasehold resident at the Rez, not sure what this means:

Can someone explain in more detail exactly what this means?

Earlier drafts of the Overlay Ordinances contained an inspection provision, requiring residences to be inspected by the County upon changes in the name of the person paying utilities (essentially, whenever a house is sold or rented). The Supervisors did not approve this at their March 15 meeting. It now appears the Supervisors approved it (I believe county-wide). There will be a $100 charge for the inspection. If I'm wrong on this, someone let me know.
