Rankin County Animal Adoption Foundation

The Rankin County Animal Adoption Foundation is a local non-profit committed to giving homeless dogs and cats another chance for a healthy and happy life by finding them caring, loving homes.  Animals must pass health and behavior evaluations prior to being placed in foster care or adopted into a permanent home. Further, all animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped, spayed or neutered.

RCAAF partnered with many of the County's veterinarians to enable these animals a high-visibility opportunity to secure permanent adoptive homes.  Find out more about RCAAF at this website, or its Facebook page.  There are many, many ways to get involved.

RCAAF is holding a fundraiser (Howls and Meows) on Saturday, November 9, 2013, at Table 100.  Right now, they are looking for sponsorships.  See the photo below.  In addition to a meal, tax benefits, and the warm fuzzy feeling you get from preventing pet euthanasia, there is also a chance to win a new Dodge Dart and a Room Makeover.  More info as it becomes available.
