Proposed National Wildlife Refuge Can Co-Exist With the Proposed One Lake

Engineering consultant tells Jackson City Council the proposed national wildlife refuge between Jackson and Flowood will not conflict with the proposed One Lake plan.  From the Jackson Free Press:

Mike Dawson, a consultant working with the FWS, addressed the Hinds County Board of Supervisors Dec. 2 and quelled rumors that the urban refuge threatens One Lake.
"There's no conflict. ... They can co-exist," Dawson told supervisors.
