How You Can Help the Salvation Army in the Rez Area

From the Salvation Army:

Friday, January 3rd, 2014 at around 6:00 a.m. our Family Store in Jackson, MS caught fire.  The fire spread throughout the entire building, destroying what looks to be everything the building entailed.  At this current time, the building is too dangerous to enter in order to see if anything can be salvaged.  We are asking for constant prayer, donations of any kind, and your continued support.

Locations taking ALL Donations

Market Street Store (Previously Migi's) is taking donations between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and tomorrow.

Can you be a bit more specific about the location? Not familiar with either store.

What are donations of all kinds? Clothes, food, furniture?

I was there today and they had clothes, food, homes goods, kitchen items, etc. The old Migi location is kitty corner to Five Guys in "The Market" on Lakeland Drive in Flowood.

Tough to get specific on this one. Across the street from Genghis Grill and katty corner from Five Guys. If you take the boulevard from Lakeland that deadends into JC Penney, the store will be on your left at the one and only stop sign between Lakeland and JC Penney.
