Much Ado Redux

Thursday, I posted about an Order the Rankin County Chancery Judges entered requiring a New York, same-sex marriage certificate, be stricken from the records of Rankin County. Tom Freeland, a lawyer in Lafayette County, Mississippi (and who I assume has no pending or anticipated cases in Rankin County), took said Chancellors to task in a post on his North Mississippi Commentor Blog.  If this topic interests you, check out his post and resulting comments.
