Rankin County's Blues Trail Markers

"The Mississippi Blues Trail was created by the Mississippi Blues Commission in 2006 to place interpretive markers at the most notable historical sites related to the birth, growth and influence of the blues throughout (and in some cases beyond) the state of Mississippi." Wikipedia.

According to the Blues Trail website: "The Mississippi Blues Trail markers tell stories through words and images of bluesmen and women and how the places where they lived and the times in which they existed–and continue to exist–influenced their music. The sites run the gamut from city streets to cotton fields, train depots to cemeteries, and clubs to churches."

The MS Blues Commission staked the first marker in 2006, in Holly Ridge, Mississippi, honoring Charley Patton.

Without Googling, can anyone tell me the location of Rankin County's three MS Blues Trail markers?
