Opening at the Old Cheddar's Location is . . .

. . . Cheddar's.  Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, actually.  New management, and new branding set to highlight the "made from scratch" food.

Happy to have Smokehouse BBQ fill the old Pizza Hut. Now, I will be positioned directly halfway between the two locations. But I'm more pumped about Ace Hardware returning. Loved that place.

^^Took the words right out of my mouth... Really classes up the Rez. They couldn't have at least buried it somewhere in the middle??

I thought the PRVSWD was hemorrhaging $ with long term revenue forecasts dismal at best. What to do? Buy the old Bankplus to add to their structure collection and buy and fix up a mobile home for their rv park! Then spend $ on a walking park along Scenic Drive when we already have miles of continuous trails adjacent called Scenic Dr.
Makes sense, don't it?

Actually, anon, the bank purchase is a wise purchase as they bought it for a steal if a price and it would considered a valuable asset which will appreciate in value as commercial growth increases and values go up.
