·        Natchez Trace Century Ride 2015 – Saturday May 2nd Old Trace Park
The bicycle ride begins Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. at Old Trace Park and will take riders on their choice of 25, 50, 62 or 100 mile routes around the reservoir and Natchez Trace.    Motorist are urged to use caution and watch for cyclists on the roadways this weekend.   Visit: http://natchezcenturyride.racesonline.com/

·        Traffic Control Fee Collection – Old Trace, Lakeshore and Pelahatchie Shore Parks
Officers will begin collecting a $5.00 per vehicle fee beginning May 2nd, 2015 on weekends and holidays from noon until park closing.  Annual vehicle park passes may be purchased for $30.00 at the Permit and Payment offices located at 1865 Spillway Road, Brandon Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm.  Vehicles displaying the “REZ” custom tag will be given free entry to the parks.

·        Pepsi Pops – May 8th Old Trace Park
34th annual Pepsi Pops takes place Friday evening, May 8th at Old Trace Park.  Gates open at 4:30, concert begins at 7:30.  Picnics are welcome.   No alcohol or glass containers are allowed in park.   For more information and tickets visit: http://www.msorchestra.com/index.php/concerts-and-tickets/concert-info/pops-iii-pepsi-pops4/

·        Dragon Boat Regatta – May 16th Old Trace Park
