Gator season is in full swing. Mississippi records are falling, it seems, on a daily basis. The Clarion Ledger has an article on a couple of new records pulled from the ebon depths. As it presently stands, the largest gator killed so far is 14 feet in length and 826 pounds of pure killing machine. Here is an article written just a day earlier.
Public water gator season ends Labor Day, so there is still a week left to break more records.
I will occasionally pop onto Tommy's Trading Post's Facebook page to keep up. Keep up the good work, hunters.
