To each member of the Shoreline Committee:

I sincerely request that you not allow any commercial building to be placed in the area between Eagle's Point and Highway 471. This area is so serene and beautiful and gives enjoyment to thousands. Mr. Sigman states in his comments on your website that the reservoir area is a treasure source and when we visit we should "leave only our footprints". If this restaurant, or any building, is allowed to be placed in the area mentioned above, there will be a "footprint" that can never be erased.

I also look forward to seeing restaurants built in our area, but not in a residential area. There are many, many areas zoned commercial that would be a great location for this gentleman and his restaurant and I urge you not to allow anything to be built in this location.
Sincerely, Lyn Smith, Waterwood subdivision
