It will be a hands on interactive class where we will be learning different styles of Dutch oven cooking. We'll be making (and eating) homemade biscuits, cowboy beef stew and baking a fresh apple pie, all over the fire in the cook shed. All supplies will be provided and the class size is limited to 10 participants. The cost for the day is $25. A non-refundable $10 deposit is due by Feb. 15 with the remaining $15 due the day of the class. We have 3 spaces remaining for the class.I'm upset I won't be able to attend.
