"Keep in mind, none of these have been raised in 23 years — since 1994," [House Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks Chairman, Representative Scott] Bounds said. "It's for more conservation officers, more fish and wildlife biologists and more WMA (wildlife management area) improvements. Anything in the fish and wildlife arena, that's where we intend for it to go."
Bounds explained that increased fees for non-resident licenses were not included in the bill because they can be dealt with elsewhere.
