More Convenience Stores on Old Fannin Road

A conditional use variance was granted to a developer for a convenience store on Old Fannin Road near Jack's Crossing.

The Board of Supervisors is not done. Another request for a conditional use permit for a convenience store has been requested for the empty lot on Old Fannin Road where fireworks are sold (across from Spann Road).  The public hearing on this request is October 3, 2016, at 9 a.m. at the Board of Supervisors.

I just wish we had 7-11 stores here.

We definitely need more convenience stores, dollar stores, storage lots, and trailers to spice up the place. Lots of high paying jobs. If we can't get more dollar stores, let's open pawn shops, more fireworks stands, and vape shops. Our Board of Supes and Rez Board- "We Won't Stop Bidness, no matter what it looks like!" The Rez Board is trying to lease every square foot, and our "Developers" see every green spot in an overhead photo as the perfect spot to sell beer, malt liquor, and cigarettes to that gent on his way home from probation to the duplexes and rental houses.
