Center for Violence Prevention Wish List

Soapbox Moment:  This is important and it is a simple way to make a lasting difference is someone's life.

Below is a "wish list" from the Center for Violence Prevention, headquartered here in Rankin County.  This organization exists solely: to provide protection to victims of domestic violence, to provide education and life skills training to those either accused of or suffering from domestic violence, and to hopefully eradicate domestic violence within its geographical reach.  This organization is doing the Lord's work.

I am the Prosecutor for the City of Pearl.  I see the effects domestic violence has on our County every day.  This is a real problem, with real victims, who are closer to you than you realize.

If you find yourself in Best Buy or Bed, Bath and Beyond, or if you have any of the furniture items taking up space in your home, please donate to the CVP.
