PRVWSD Committee Agendas

The following committee meetings have been scheduled for Monday, July 16th at the Reservoir Community Center located at 2230 Spillway Road, Brandon:

Below find the proposed agendas for these meetings.

Monday, July 16, 2018 4:00 p.m.

1. Approval of minutes of April 2018 meeting.

2. Campground and Parks Report for June 2018.

3. Consideration of regulation change to allow traffic fee collections within the parks by automated machine.

4. Approval to close the Spillway Recreation Area below the dam on September 15 and 16 for the 2nd Annual Pearl River Clean Sweep.

5. Mr. Rodney Barbour’s request for discussion of the illegal placement of rebar or other foreign, dangerous materials in the lake.

Monday, July 16, 2018 6:00 p.m.

1. Approval of minutes of June 18, 2018 meeting.

2. Review and discussion of proposed plat for Windward Bluff Subdivision.

3. Approval of lease arrangement of space adjacent to Lot 782, Town of Lost Rabbit, Madison County, MS.

4. Approval to amend engineering contract with Pickering Engineering for Phase III, Baker ET AL v. PRVWSD seawall rehabilitation.

5. Approval of construction engineering and inspection contract for Lake Access Improvements Project.

6. Permission to advertise for construction contract for Lake Access Improvements Project.

7. General engineering services contract approval: Pickering Engineers, Volkert Engineering and Neel Schaffer Engineering.

8. Final approval of regulation changes for parking of boats, RVs and trailers within residential subdivisions.

They need better leadership at Pearl River Valley Water Supply District main office and more help at the maintenance shop. Fill out those applications for employment you all. And stop hiring druggie junkies at the maintenance department, hire people who aren't drug junkies. And give those who worked there over 10 years a bigger raise and promote them to better positions. PRVWSD needs better leadership.
